8 Tips For Healthy Living
 
1. Enjoy a pint of water first thing in the morning.
2. Grab a few fresh fruits on your way out.
3. Avoid going to junk food shops with your work mates.
4. Exercise on the go.
5. Drink herbal teas.
6. Eat a handful of nuts.
7. Say yes to freshly squeezed juice.
8. Deep breathing.

in addition to this, you need to establish a routine by setting specific time.get a good night sleep, aim to get about 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night. learn to relax, this help lower your overall tension and stress levels. manage time is more effectively reduce stress.

I indeed agree with all the tips you shared. We need to love ourselves first and in the way you can have a good relationships with others if you maintain the healthy lifestyle habit.

Really good advice. What a pity that many forget to follow them ... I would also add such a rule as being active throughout the day - walking more, or you can ride a bike, swim. Movement is life!
