I'm in the UK currently in the D process and I can confirm Chosen is correct. It doesn't matter who's name is on the deeds nor who pays for what. It also doesn't matter if one party is at fault or not. Any assets amassed during the M is split 50/50. Also, you may want to know that both you and your W have as much right to live in that house as each other. You cannot make her leave and neither can she make you leave.
