It’s ok to feel angry. What matters is what we do with the anger. We all react in different ways when we are angry. Are you a Hedgehog or a Rhino?
The Hedgehog goes quiet, withdrawn, passive and difficult to draw out, but the Rhino can be very vocal, aggressive, reactive defensive and demanding of a response. The hedgehog avoids conflict, but the Rhino is right in there looking for a fight.
Do you recognise either of these response? How could you behave differently? If you are a hedgehog, can you learn to admit you feel angry and face up to the issue? If you are more of a Rhino, can you learn to cool down first before you try to “have it out”.
